Feature - Add Product Category Selection to Line Item Audit by Date Screen

Two new fields have been added to the Line Item Audit by Date with CSV selection screen.

First, Product Categories has been added. Up to 5 categories can be selected.  Press Enter in the first category field for all categories.  If all categories are selected, the Match Component Prod Cat field will be set to "N/A."

If product categories have been selected, the Match Component Prod Cat field will be available.
If "Y" is entered, component item product categories will also be searched for matches to the product categories entered.  For Kit Items, when "Y" is entered, if the first component is a manufactured item, that item's components will also be searched for a match.
