Feature - Add New Selection Parameters to Hold Trx Edit List

In I/M -> Maintenance -> Hold Transaction File -> List, the screen parameters now prompt for the following selection parameters:
  • Cut-Off Trx Date: This is newly added so users can filter out old hold transactions that they don't want to see. By default, press ENTER = All
  • Starting Trans ID
  • Ending Trans ID
  • Starting Hold Type
  • Ending Hold Type
  • Staring Hold User
  • Ending Hold User
  • Starting Item Number
  • Ending Item Number
  • Starting/Ending Loc: This is newly added. Users can narrow down hold transactions to a particular or range of locations. By default, press ENTER = All
  • Show Inventory Info? This is newly added. If the user answers "Y," the system will print quantity on hand, on order, allocated and back order for the location's quantity.  The Hold Trx Edit list layout is changed to accommodate for the new quantity information. The system will remember the last value the user indicates and use it as the default the next time.

Note in the following sample edit list, the layout is changed to accommodate for Qty On Hand, On Order, Allocated and Backorder columns which can be turned on or off based on the "Show Inventory Info?" flag. Also notice that a grand total line is added to the end of the edit list:
