Feature - Add Down Arrow Prompt when Using Material Work Order at the Quantity Field

Added a prompt, "Press Down Arrow Key to Change Material" to the BOMP Material Work Order entry screen when on the Quantity field to help avoid confusion on how to get to the Material window.  Pressing Enter will take the user back to the Field Number prompt.
