Feature - Add Default for Material Pick List, "Print By Pick Sequence"

A new BOMP Global Setup field has been added to screen 6.  Field 16, "Print Material Pick LIst By Pick Sequence Default" allows the default to be set at Y, N, or B for Both. 


The default value will appear on the Print Plus Production Work Orders, Print Material Pick List screen, in field "9. Print by Pick Sequence." 


The default value will also be passed in the Plus Work Order Entry Program when the Print Material Pick List program is called.
