Elliott Was Unable to Load the Following Module: EL800B.LBR

Q - When users attempt to log on to Elliott on the terminal server, the following error message shows up:

Elliott was unable to load the following module:
  EL800B.LBR


Elliott will terminate now...
**********************************************************

A - Make sure your Elliott shortcut is using a mapped drive and not the local path or UNC path. Sometimes, if you lose the network drive for some reason, it can cause this to happen. 

If you are running Elliott V7, you will see a similar message with EL700B.Lbr.

If you are running Elliott V8.5, you will see a similar message with EL850B.Lbr.

The user later responded that the problem was resolved after they rebooted the terminal server.
