Does Elliott Deferred Processing Take up License?

Q - We are running on Azure Virtual Desktop. It looks like the deferred processing takes one of the licenses.  Was the policy changed?

A - Deferred processing will take one PSQL (Actian) license. But on the other hand, deferred processing will not take the Elliott license.  Just go to Elliott Control Center -> System Utilities -> User list. You will not see the defer proredcessing session in that list. See sample screens below:
